Fr. F.X. Haetcher, a Redemptorist, served St. Aloysius for a short time in 1832. He was born in Vienna, Austria, on December 1, 1784 and was ordained there in 1816. Fr. Haetcher returned to Europe in 1837 and died at Leoben, Austria, in 1863.
